Clients are required to arrive to appointment with hair washed , detangled and blown out from the roots. please apply no oils and or hair grease prior.

clients have a 15 minute grace period , after 15 min late theres an additional $15 applied to remaining balance , after 30 min late appointment is canceled with no refund in deposit

non-refundable deposits are due at the time of booking .

deposits are valid for 14 calendar days post to scheduled date , if rescheduling is needed. For valid deposits, clients must communicate with braider 48 hrs priors to scheduled date.

if client needs to cancel appointment entirely, deposits are not refundable.
