Hello to all of my amazing clients ! As you all know im a hair braider currently located in Tampa FL. Although this is my career I'm so much more than a braider .
Born and raised here in the city of Tampa,Fl , i spent majority of my youth participating in sports , which helped further my educational background on a collegiate level. Completing my Bachelors of Arts degree in sociology at The Georgia State University . During my collegiate years , i began braiding my team mates and classmates hair in my dorm room for financial support.
Post graduating , braiding became my side hustle while working for an auto insurance company . As every young adult , i was searching for my identity after college , no more sports , with real responsibilities , there was nothing i seemed to enjoy more than braiding . 4 years post to working in insurance , i transitioned to a full time home base braider .
Now we're here !!!!
My Story
As I'm currently in my 5th year full time braiding , I'm also my fathers caregiver . where i currently reside . Everyone calls him pops , my caregiving responsibility doesn't interfere with my customer services , however he is present at at home , majority of appointments .
With Such high responsibility , my free time is dedicated to being a high school girls Track and Field coach at Tampa Bay Tech .
My goal is to pour into girls of the younger generations , rather that's through confidence in my hair chair , exposure and college opportunities through sports , or simply be someone's safes space on their hair day .
